Celinda’s Carryout Heating Instructions
Thank you for ordering from Celinda’s! All hot foods have been fully
cooked and need only be warmed though prior to serving.

TAMLES

The best way to reheat tamales is to steam. Do not remove foil. Place
vertically in steamer. Bring water to boil and keep covered up to 40
minutes .

To heat in oven, Preheat to 375 (keep in foil). Place on shallow pan or
cookie sheet side by side for 40 minutes. Allow for more time when
reheating more than 2 doz.

You can reheat by microwave oven by placing 1 doz or less on (microwave) platter covered with damp paper towel for about 30 seconds per tamale at medium heat. Leave them wrapped in husk until ready to serve.

TAQUITOS

Pre-heat oven to 375. Place taquitos on cookie sheet uncovered for up to 15
minutes.

ENCHILADAS & CHILI RELLENO

Pre-heat oven to 350. Place in oven covered. Cheese enchiladas will heat in
less time. Check for melted cheese after 15 miniutes.

Chile Rellenos will require more time. Check for melted cheese inside after 20 minutes.
